What is your last song?
What's the song that summarises your life? The one you'd like to be played at your funeral?
We're asking you to sing it to raise awareness and donations for the work of hospices.

Strathcarron Hospice has kicked this off beautifully. Now it's your turn. It just takes three simple steps:
1. Sing
Have someone film you – or make your video a 'selfie'. The closer you are to the microphone, the better the sound.
- Tell us who you are and, if applicable, who has nominated you.
- Sing your song. Just a few lines will do. Don't worry if it's nowhere near perfect. It's the effort alone that counts.
- Tell us if you are supporting a particular hospice and what your audience can do to support it. (If you're not sure, you can use Hospice UK to find one.)
- Nominate at least three other people to make their contributions to #MyLastSong.
2. Upload
Go to YouTube or Facebook and upload your video there. Make sure your content complies with the rules of these platforms. And by all means, you'll have to include the hashtag #MyLastSong in its title and description!
3. Share
Copy the web address that links straight to your video – for example https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=976657232377016 – and put it together with your contact details in the form below.
