We are showing Seven Songs as part of Dying Matters week. I was wondering whether there were different lengths available (I’m sure I read this before) – as we are screening it for staff and volunteers during work hours, we are keen to show a shorter version than the 82 minute DVD, as we think more people will attend if it doesn’t take as much time out of their day. Please could you let me know what options are available. Many thanks.

Would it be possible to pay as an individual and then purchase a licence afterwards, or are they 2 different products? And also, would it be possible to use the film within the context of training? It would be part of a CIC model, not a for-profit model. Or potentially an academic institution.
Thanks in advance for your help and guidance.
I was just at this point wondering if you can kindly confirm if there is a short version of the Seven Songs for a long life and how many minutes is the short film please?
Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you
Suzanne
I hope all is well.
I’m the Director of Independent Film at Tugg and am reaching out with hopes of learning more about your goals and release plans for SEVEN SONGS FOR A LONG LIFE.
If you’re not familiar, Tugg is a platform to power theatrical, community, and educational screenings. Whether supplementing a traditional release, managing community-driven distribution, or maximizing the educational market, our goal is to give filmmakers an outlet to expand the footprint of their film by powering opportunities for filmmakers, fans, and organizations to host screenings in the spaces and venues that they prefer.
Even if the details of your release plans are not yet settled, it would be great to connect and discuss your goals and explore how Tugg can lend value to your film’s release.
Let me know if you’re available to chat sometime in the next couple of weeks.
Thanks in advance.
Just wondering when the DVD will be released? If I pre-order it now will I have it in time for Christmas?
Thanks!
Amy
